The Teen Summit is a non-profit organization brought to life and founded by Houston’s sister-in-law and manager, Pat Houston. The annual event took place in Shelby, NC and was attended also by actor Quinton Aaron of “The Blind Side”, gospel singer Kim Burrell, the Rev. Yolanda E. Thompson and Dr. Shirley Shields.
Whitney was on hand in support of the summit and to present a special ambassadors award to mentor and friend, Kim Burrell. Check out some of the pics of the diva below.

Whitney Houston is a beautiful, humble, down to earth and classy individual. Pat Houston, and the staff at Nippy inc are also amazing and are doing a great work for the community.
